RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We believe in making "product returns" as easy as possible.

The step-by-step guide for returning a product will clarify the nuances and enhance the customer's experience.

Please note:

  • Change of mind: This may not be applicable for like new and refurbished products in certain jurisdictions.
  • Damaged: This refers to damage incurred during shipping, not due to misuse or improper care.
  • Not as Described: This applies if the product's functionality or features significantly differ from the product description.

Conditions of Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within the specified timeframe mentioned above. Customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Product returns will be permitted only with the assistance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The RMA number will expire 7 days after it is issued. As a result, we encourage our customers to return the product as soon as possible.
  • Goods returned without a valid RA number will not be refunded and may be subject to an additional levy.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included, unless otherwise specified for like new and refurbished products.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Restocking fees apply to goods returned with no defect/damage or mismatch (25% of the item price). Restocking fees may vary based on item condition.

Refund Criteria for Issuing a Refund:

  • Once we receive returned product and we verify its condition, refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Products that arrive defective, damaged, or with missing units will be resolved as follows:

  • Replacement of all affected units
  • Giving a partial credit for the affected units

Note: Replacement items will not receive any additional credit.
