Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, please expect potential delays of a few days. We kindly ask for your patience and will notify you via email or phone if your order experiences any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping with double box packaging for added protection, and full insurance on all orders. The majority of in-stock items will be shipped the same day, while orders placed or paid for after normal business hours will be shipped the following business day.

We use a variety of shipping methods provided by trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your products safely and on time. Occasionally, we may contact you for additional order verification regarding payment methods, to ensure your order’s safety.

  • Shipping within the United States only: At this time, we only ship to US addresses and do not accept international orders. We also do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • Signature Requirement: For orders valued over $250, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your items.

  • Delivery Delays: Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to keeping you informed in such cases.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note, the tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
