This Conntek GIB1450-025 Duo-Rain Seal combo kit includes a 50 Amp power inlet box and a 25-foot temporary power cord. The power inlet box allows you to run power to critical electrical systems without the harmful exhaust fumes of a generator. Mount the box on the exterior of your home or business and run the wiring to a transfer switch/box installation. When emergency power is needed, connect the generator cord to the inlet box and flip the switch on the transfer unit. The inlet box features an SS2-50 (CS6375) male configuration for large systems and a locking collar for enhanced protection from the elements. The temporary power cord has a NEMA 14-50P (4-Prong) generator plug and a CS6364 connector with 50-Amp connections. It is 25 feet in length and features an Ergo Grip plug handle with LED power indicators and an angled connector for improved strain relief. The cord is manufactured using 600-volt Type STW cable, which stays flexible in cold weather and is heat resistant up to 221F. Approval: Plug, STW: UL, C-UL. Max Rating: 12,500 Watts.
